Out client is recruiting for a Personal Advisor for their site in the Wantirna, South East Melbourne area. This company is an up and coming organisation in the Australian marketplace and they provide training and support to jobseekers; About the role: In this role you will work with closely with jobseekers identifying suitable job opportunities and sourcing work trials and placements. The role involves building relationships with employers in the local area and marketing clients as solutions to their recruitment needs. This involves being very pro-active in sales calls, work place visits, follow up services, and networking. You may also be required to carry out health and safety checks of the workplaces. - Have excellent communication skills
- Be results and target drive and have proven experience working towards KPIs
- Remain professional in all interactions with internal and external clients
- Be proactive in creating and building relationships with local employers and businesses
- Have experience working with and knowledge of barriers facing people with disabilities
- Have experience working with a DEN provider
- Ideally have experience in the Employment Services, Welfare to Work, Community Services, Training or Recruitment sectors
- Ideally you will have experience in recruitment, face to face negotiating, interviewing and maintaining employer/candidate relationships.
Experience within the Employment Services sector with a JSA, Job Network, DEN or similar employment services provider is highly desired.
