You must have a full drivers licence and be able to work on a rotational shift basis with the possibility of working some weekends.  Overtime will be paid for weekend working and you will also be rewarded with extra remuneration for certain shifts.

You must have previous customer service experience and sales experience will be an added advantage.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Answer telephones and deal with customer enquiries
- Open and close contracts
- Achieve sales targets
- Liaise with customers to resolve conflicts
- Present and promote rates, products, services to customers

You must good computer skills and and be very customer focussed.  As this is a customer facing role, you must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant manner.
